Yes, we have wild currants and gooseberries here at the canyon.

  9. I need to go to the beach after I have seen your nice/lovely photo.
Every day we go to the pool for the kids will learn how to swim, but maybe I trip to the beach today.

    Elderberry drink.
    40 flowers
    4 slices lemons

    2 kg(kilogram) sugar
    2 l (liter) water
Boil this two together and then pure it over the flowers and lemons

25 g (gram) "Citronsyra" I think it is called Lemonacid
Add this solved in the mixtures.

Let it be on a cool place for 3 days, and then "strain off?", so you get ride og the flowers and lemon.

Maybe use, Atamon - something that make it last longer (I guess you have something similar), You may not need it if you storage it in the freezer.

    Put in bottles.

  18. I love the way the rocks alter the pattern of the waves, so there are a number of semi-circles!
And further down the page, I love the lone gum tree, and the flaming sunset with the trees in silhouette!! I have never seen a burgundy leaved geranium! I wish I could find one here!!
