SkyWatch - Though Night is Dark, the Sun still Rises

The darkness of the night, cloaking hurt and all life's difficulties,
still boasts the morning star

heralding a new dawn, a new day,

unclear what we will see or find in it, but no matter what it is,
somehow we will cope.

Have a great day all my
 fellow skywatchers!

  1. Arija, these are all beautiful images. The first one, of the morning star, is my favourite, though. Amazing that you were able to capture it!
    Best wishes and warm embrace,

  3. Breathtaking images, Arija! A new beginning indeed and as this year comes to a very sad ending with all the violence here in the states I think we are all looking for those places filled with peace and joy! Wishing you a beautiful season and a big hug as well!

  4. Lovely words Arija - I always look for the morning star when the sky is clear (not very often here in the UK at the moment as flooding is hitting us hard again.)

  5. Looks very peaceful Arija - or perhaps, like here, there is the background noise of screeching cockatoos! They herald in every morning here, and I can't say I mind. Your pictures are lovely.

  8. I certainly know that you have had some difficult times and my heart has also been holding it's own for nearly 3 weeks now. Things are slowly beginning to improve for our daughter, mother of our one month old grand-daughter... These images, the mood, the words, thought provoking. Wishing you much love dear friend~
