Exquisite! Picture and words! No one says it better and no one creates a more beautiful mental image than you, Arija! It's perfect! As always! Thank you for the beauty!
You always have interesting posts whenever I come here to catch up Arija. Thanks for your recent visits to my posts. and especially for your comment re the "gum" tree. I took a bit over to the Herbarium for identification (for the second time) and today they said it was a brush box (Lophostemon confertus)..closely related to a gum tree apparently. Lives on the edges of the rain forest, (and my footpath). Whatever it is , it is the most delightful tree.
Lovely poetry you have created to enhance the white horses. The picture lets one really feel the meaning of the white horses. Well done again. (I have been on a little holiday; Peter broke his ankle; the garden needs lots of work as it is so dry; and and and... for two days we got some rain.
Arija, very beutiful. This picture and poem make me think of two things: a movie made years ago called "The Last Unicorn" and an even older book and movie called "White Mane" about a boy and a white stallion from the Camargue in France.
What a beautiful picture. I love the beach. Wish I got to go to the beach a little more often.
