I was just thinking the same thing, Willow! What an amazing world we live in. Our garden is bursting with blackberries. Our dog Buster keeps eating them!
This is so exciting that you are having spring. Even though we learned about this as children, it's still an amazing thing to realize happens all the time. The internet is a fabulous thing for bringing us together, is it not?
Earlier in OUR spring I also took a wonderful magnolia photo and posted it on my blog. You might drop by and click back a page or two to see it. Yours is very beautiful as well.
Your photo makes me wish that there's Magnolia here in the Philippines but unfortunately, That is so impossible I guess. But your photos make me feel what I will if ever I see one! Stunning it is indeed!

Hello Arija! I found your blog from visiting The House of Edward and just wanted to say how much I love your photographs from the other side of the world. Beautiful.
Your blog is delightful! Thank you for visiting mine. I love your photos. Yes, you welcome spring now as we welcome fall in the northern hem. and that is wonderful to share across so many miles!
and thanks for your visit to my blog..wasn't sure which bush you called a velota on your comment on my blog? I am ashamed to say I have never heard of a velota..
Ancient as time, favourite tree: the oak, animal: the wolf, flower: Anemone hepatica, place: a forest near water.Bird: too numerous to name, camera permanently grafted to hand, lover of light, nature, the sea, mountains, deserts, all forests, musing on the essence of being, loving all things great and small, caring for this wonderful planet of ours.
Your magnolia looks just like mine in the spring. It's hard to imagine you welcoming spring just as we are fall.
