Every day the sun rises, just not like this ...
using an immense range of the colour palette
the more you looked, the more you got.
Blues and pinks and purples, switching back to
glowing golds.
glowing golds.
Reflecting on the insulation of our new shed and
accentuating the view from one of my studio windows.
Back to clear as well as burnished gold in the East.

That really looks beautiful ! I haven't seen special sunsets here in Egypt, because where I am you get the impression that from daylight it's goes right away to dark !
ReplyDeleteI'm sorry to hear about the heat, but the sunrise photos are absolutely gorgeous.
ReplyDeleteFantastic captures, Arija, as always! The colors are breathtaking! And to watch them move and change almost from minute to minute is such wonderful experience. It's sights like these that help one put aside, for a little while, the ugly things in the world.
ReplyDeleteEnjoy!
Sylvia
So breathtakingly beautiful!
ReplyDeleteIsn't that amazing that it can all happen in the same morning.
ReplyDeletexoxoxo
Funny how perception is - those skies didn't look hot to me until you mentioned the heatwave - now they do!!
ReplyDeleteWow, that is the kind of sunrise that just keeps giving. I love the pinks and golds!
ReplyDeleteIt is so bizarre, Arija, reading about your sunshine and heatwave when here on the West of our country many towns and villages are flooded, and more heavy rain is forecast.
ReplyDeleteVery beautiful photo´s of skies!I love it!Have a nice weekend!
ReplyDeleteCan't get enough beautiful sunrises! I keep forgetting we are on opposite sides of the ball. Love the flowers in your last post, by the way. Several of them are completely new to me.
ReplyDeleteThat window in the second to the last shot looks like a painting.
Beautiful sky Arija, I understand your having some very hot temperatures at the moment. I hope there were won't be any forest fires, thanks for sharing:)
ReplyDeleteWhat an amazing way to greet the day and oh how I wish I could share in some of that heat right now! Thanks for stopping by Arija.
ReplyDeleteSmiles and blessings
Beautiful skies in your photo's. Great shots
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots Arija!
ReplyDeleteI do love your color palette. Great photos of a gorgeous sky.
ReplyDeleteAwesome colors. Thanks for sharing.
ReplyDeleteBeautiful shots! They take my breath away!
ReplyDeleteWhat beautiful pictures of a beautiful sunset. They change so quickly.
ReplyDeleteWow...quite a sunrise Arija!
ReplyDeleteHope it is a little cooler for you today, I think! And I hope it stays that way!
Great series.
ReplyDeleteCreative.
Lovely colors.
All worth getting up for Arija, even if it's after noon here. The sky in the first image looks like the folds in fabric that I'd like in a skirt, just like that. And then as the fabric swirls into all those beautiful combinations.
ReplyDeleteStunning color in all directions! What a beautiful sunrise. Nice view through your studio window.
ReplyDeleteThis sunrise is special. Amazing colours.
ReplyDeleteSydney - City and Suburbs

Eaglesbrother

What do you mean, 'another' sunset. No two are ever alike and your captures of them are always so marvelous :o)
ReplyDeleteGorgeous sunrise.God paints the best scenes.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,Ruth
You really bathe us in the beauty of that sky. What a fine view you have from your studio!
ReplyDeleteSpectacular sequence of sunrise shots. So beautiful.
ReplyDeleteYour sunrises are so beautiful! The color is just spectacular.
ReplyDeleteOh dear, your bush fire has started? Looks very beautiful on your photos, but I guess when the fire is burning, it is another story.
ReplyDeleteRe: erosion at mountains: The farmers who were angry that they had to take the cows off argue that the cows do not cause erosion, it is people (like me) who are not nimble cause the erosion)
The town folks and tourists miss seeing a cow in the city.
Sunrises are just beautiful, they give us delight all throughout the day. Have a blessed weekend Arija.
ReplyDeleteSpectacular colors Arija.
ReplyDeleteThat shot through the shed window is unique.
We could use some of your heat. It's cool here.
Have a super Friday.
B.
A beautiful sunrise but a heatwave to go with it? I'm very sorry to hear that.
ReplyDeleteWonderful colors.
ReplyDeleteYou have some fantastic sunrises out there!
ReplyDeletethis is a poem, in images and words! well done! oh, and thanks so much for the German lesson :)!
ReplyDeleteLovely sunrise images. It is diffciult to think of a heat wave right now and being autumn all our sunrises are sort of misty.
ReplyDeleteYou couldn't see my rainbow then? :(
Colors, colors and more colors. I'm especially taken by the purples. Beautiful photos.

ReplyDeletePlease come over and bring some colors to my skies. Mine are grey today. 95% chance of rain.
ReplyDeleteWhat did you see between the lines? I posted the story with the picture. I am afraid it's not that extraordinary, just a day in a life... Tsup!

Oh wow, these shots make me feel all warm and nice. Thank you. Have a lovely day.
ReplyDeleteOh my goodness. You are already into the heat of summer!
ReplyDeleteThe skies are gorgeous, though. I'm beginning to think you have two seasons: summer and non-summer. ;-)
What glorious colour skies! My favourite is the last picture; that golden sky is fantastic. :)
ReplyDeleteArija, the colors are so soft that it didn't look like a heat wave until the fiery end!
ReplyDeleteFabulous set of photographs!
ReplyDeleteWow! Those are incredible skies. The best I've seen so far this week! Beautifully captured.
ReplyDeleteFantastic series!
ReplyDeleteIch bin ganz berauscht von den Farben.
