Some roses still have a few flowers, 'Bonica' has blushed a darker
pink in the cold weather.

The first Hyacinth bravely pops her head up to share her scent.

The purple leafed Geranium, though drenched with rain, is a
welcome touch of colour. The garden may not have a riot of
blooms at this season but there are always enough to be found
for a posy.

You have more colour in your garden than we have in winter! The rose is gorgeous, Arija!
ReplyDeleteThe temperature here is like your winter in Sydney. Every now and then I turn on the central heating.
When there aren't many flowers we appreciate the few we have even more. Beautiful rose - does it smell as wonderful as it looks? The hyacinth, too, is lovely.
ReplyDeleteYour rose is so beautifully captured. Delightful flowers.
ReplyDeleteYour photos are beautiful, Arija, especially your "Bonica", although the bad weather is punishing the flowers.
ReplyDeleteHope you have a good time this week!
if you can see it the nature always greets you with love...
