On a misty winter morning,
the Wallflowers and 'Hot Lips' Sage
are taking over the path
looking through the last of the cherry tomatoes
at a riot of parsley and oak leaf lettuce
up close and personal with one of my little bliss bombs
they have been uprooted recently but all the
little green tomatoes are colouring up nicely.
and the last of my roses
but who knows???
Today the sun shines
and I'm out the door to do some weeding.

Love it. And this morning I did a little planting (stock, columbines, poppies) after an orgy of weeding.
ReplyDeleteI love the roses! Have a great day.
ReplyDeleteOh yeah yeah the flowers are exquisite as yours always are, but today it is your cherry tomatoes that I am envying .. lusting for even! Absolute perfection .... bliss bombs indeed! Pretty nice stuff all of it especially for winter. It is winter there isn't it?
ReplyDeleteThose are some lovely roses which look like some which we used to have when I was a lad, they had a wonderful scent. Thanks for reminding me that I have some weeding which needs doing.
