TODAY'S FLOWERS ~ Blue and Gold

With cold wet winter here our once blue skies have turned to
grey though smiling still in bright blue pots of Lobelia.

A stray gold Rose still blooms defiantly, hoping against hope to
be last in line for pruning.

The world is full of flowers, click the Logo and enjoy!

  12. The new types of Lobelia seem to bloom a lot better than the old types, especially during the summer. It is hard to get that color blue in the garden from anything else.

  16. The Lobelia looks beautiful! And yes, ROSES though dainty in nature have strong sense of defiance and resiliency. They thrive against the odds as we humans do.

(I heard from a reliable source that you are not feeling well?)

It's time for us to rag up like sausage rolls and warm up. :)

Weather down our way seems pretty dramatic and traumatic to those who had been hit hard by the recent catastrophes.
