and then I uploaded what was on my camera and voila!
a sunrise I got up for rather bleary-eyed . . .
as bleary-ayed as I was and had to be discarded)
I looked up to the south of the main event and nailed these
lovely wooly clouds. I felt like plucking them from the heaves
and throwing them over my bed, they looked so like a soft pink
fleece.

One can never have too many sunsets or too many cloud pix. The last ones look like they were on their way to becoming mammatus clouds--which, around here, would warn of tornado possibilities. I love your wooly analogy, even though fleecy bedcoverings are about the last thing on my mind these days.
ReplyDeleteJust beautiful - the golden red of those clouds is gorgeous. I absolutely love that first shot.
ReplyDeleteBreathtaking, Arija!! Such stunningly dramatic colors and, oh, what a glorious way to end a day -- any day!! Superb captures! Thanks for sharing the beauty! Have a wonderful weekend!

ReplyDeleteHi there - the first two are great, but I really like the last one - a bit more abstract!
