yes my roses are the same this year. All I have is the unnamed fluro pink one that blooms all year, hardy little bugger, confused but hardy.

ReplyDeleteSuch a pity that this year was a disaster for all the gardeners in Australia: it was either too dry and hot or too wet.

ReplyDeleteMy favourite is the freesia, with the raindrops. I like the angle of the petals, and the way they cast shadows on one another.
ReplyDeleteI am so sorry to hear about the drought and all the damage it is doing to the gardens. That must be even harder to bear than our winters, as we know the winter will end and everything will survive.
Lovely in yellow~ Very delightful and pretty!

ReplyDeleteLove the Friesia and Charles Austin, so well photographed.
ReplyDeleteThey are all pretty, but the last one is my favorite.
ReplyDeleteAlso really like the fall leaves in the post above.
These are so beautiful. So sorry to hear your garden did not go well this year...
ReplyDeleteI love yellow roses. This yellow parade is very beautiful. I have only one yellow left so I intend to get a few this winter. In summer all my roses get a white fungus around the stems induced by the humidity. Underneath that fluffy white stuff is a sort of sap sucking aphid. It is very hard to get rid of and very annoying.
ReplyDeleteThis is really beautiful series of photos! I love those lovely and charming flowers of Amaryllis against the black background and yellow roses especially with water drops are really gorgeous.
