to die for and is generally superbly
beautiful and old fashioned.

Lovely peony, sorry for the loss in your garden, i have lost many plants over the last few yrs. But that was because i never know what to do with them and my black thumb plays a big roll in it as well

It is sad to loose a well loved plant, they become like family members. But there is always a time to pass on I suppose. Perhaps you will find another beautiful plant to replace it that you will love for another 20 years.
