What a beauty! There are almond trees on some streets here, but I have never seen them in full bloom like that.

Ah, that's right! You are in the transition from winter to spring! I'm not sure if I've ever seen almond blossoms before-quite lovely! I eat almonds almost every day too.

These photos remind me of the flowering almonds my mother and grandmother had. I so loved those shrubs (strictly ornamental--our winters are too cold)
In Spring, they would open and be filled with elegant pink puffballs of delight!
