TODAY'S FLOWERS & I Heart Macro - Playing with a new Toy

Just got my Macro lens

tee hee hee

playtime: a little hillock

of pollen

who knew that English daisy petals

looked like polyps??

a little splash of colour

hanging on after last night's

severe frost

and a few shy Tritelias
sheltering under a rose bush

Wether you have summer or winter where you are

make sure you enjoy whatever is blooming.

TODAY'S FLOWERS & I Heart Macro - An unexpected gift

A friend came over to make a very special delivery,

I'll tell you more about that in some other post,

and brought this very beautiful pot full of

English Daisies

Sorry, phone shots as my Nikon has a tummy ache

the photos certainly don't live up to the original

these little flowers just exude happiness

with their smiling faces
