These are cute. Nice to see the female duck in the lead.ReplyDelete
Sharp shadows those critters cast.ReplyDelete
Cute. I've always had a fondness for mallard ducks.ReplyDelete
You are right about the ducks - the male mallard follows the female mallard, the leader for sure...ReplyDelete
Could that rooster look any prouder than he does here? Nice birds, fowl but never foul...
I love them! What fun shadow shots for the day, Arija! That rooster is walking tall, isn't he? Hope your weekend is going well! Enjoy!ReplyDelete
The ducks and rooster cast neat shadows, Arija! Funny how everyone is noticing that the female duck is in the lead. I did too. :)ReplyDelete
That is a mighty fine rooster!ReplyDelete
The little ducks are so funny!ReplyDelete
What a beautiful rooster.ReplyDelete
Lovely critters shots! Seems they you what your looking for, huh?ReplyDelete
Happy SS & enjoy your Sunday soonest...
What great images. I think Mallards are just so pretty with their emerald green heads. It is just not fair that the male birds are prettier than the females. LOL! Have a wonderful weekend and I hope you are still getting along well after your medical scare.ReplyDelete

Love that rooster, with the blue left on the can in back of his bright comb.
Very cute, love the little duck parade.ReplyDelete
Very cute, and that rooster certainly looks like he is the boss.ReplyDelete
Lovely shadows too.
The rooster is funny! I never really noticed before now how small their heads are in proportion to the rest of their bodies!ReplyDelete
Cute duckies! Strangely I just had some ducks visiting my front yard a little while ago. I'm lucky enough to have a lot of interesting bird visitors but never ducks before. I have no idea where they came from! With so much rain here, maybe it's raining ducks or something...
Enjoy the rest of your weekend :)
Love the fowl....ReplyDelete
