Love these crazy clouds! About your comment of the perks of a smaller city - wow, can't remember when I left my car key in the ignition! When a city/town has a hospital it's still big enough for me:) What the nurse offered to do for you -am doubtful if that could happen in any hospital here in the USA... Enjoy your weekend!
