A bit late for Halloween but, aren't they just the most pumpkin
orange?
Have a happy Sunday. Here it is already 33C with strong winds
and fire danger although it isn't even summer yet! .
The Earth is my mother, the World my home, where e're I go delights await me.
Oh,they are so pretty. Hope your days are filled with good things.
ReplyDeleteI do like the little lanterns, too! Every time I think I want to move someplace warmer--like Australia--it seems a bit too warm!
ReplyDeleteWhat lovely, colorful little lanterns, Arija!! I love your captures for the day! Hope you've had a good weekend and that things are going well!!
ReplyDeleteGorgeous Halloween orange. Hope you get some rain.
ReplyDeleteThose are lovely Arija! Sounds like you're in for a hot one this summer.

Abutilins? We could certainly do with some rain here. The weather is all over the place. We will have hot and windy days and then the temperature will plummet - only to soar again. And it is not looking like a good bushfire season at all. We had enough rain over winter for the undergrowth to sprout madly. It is now tinder dry.
ReplyDeleteYep, Abutilon indeed.
DeleteThe weather has been a mess, we had massive wind gusts overnight, I thought they would rip the house from it's foundations. I heard something large and heavy go flying, don't know what yet.
They look so fragile; paperlike and beautiful, Arija. It's good to see you again and I hope you're feeling better and better every day. Blessings, Jo
ReplyDeleteHere in S. Paul Br is also very hot.
ReplyDeleteWe expect a worse summer.
Beautiful flower.
Hi Arija, I've seen this before also in a subtropical country, i wish it grows here too. Is it abutilon? That is a beautiful color, i know there are many colors for abutilon. I hope fire will not visit you this year!
ReplyDeletethese are beauties! i hate the fire danger for you, though! i hope rains will be coming to your area!
ReplyDeleteLove your Magic Lanterns in springtime in Australia. Funny to see the difference all over the world, I have Chines Lanterns in autumn in The Netherlands, Europe.
ReplyDeleteYour fragile lanterns are lovely, Arija. I hope your wind dies down.
ReplyDeleteWhat a delight! Your Magic Lanterns are gorgeous Arija, especially with all those raindrops on them. Thanks for sharing :)
ReplyDeleteBeautiful..we all live with the capricious nature of Mother Nature..I will hope for no fires....love....Michelle

These lanterns are so attractive Arija. thanks for sharing. Hope your birthday celebrations went well (if I'm reading between the lines correctly!).
ReplyDeleteI love that color Arija. I hope things don't get too dry before you get rain. We escaped the hurricane in our area, and now it's trying to snow. Hope all is well. Write when you can. We're managing! I pray for you daily my good friend. Take care.{{HUGS}}
