TODAY'S FLOWERS ~ 10 Christmas

To ALL who visit here I wish a
HAPPY CHRISTMAS

With young Father Christmas
in training below

although in Australia we do not have snow
our hearts are as light
and our Christmases bright
with red and green wonders
that grow.

My Cactus had twenty one blooms this year
which made it to me abundantly clear
it needed to show itself far and near
for all to enjoy it who see or hear.

and lastly to give you a special treat,
my Christmas spider so bright and sweet
on Christmas lily he sits and waites
to be joined by his family, friends and mates.

This little Archnid looks vicious and frightful
he doesn't bite or sting and is quite delightful.

To Luiz Santilly Jr., Denise B. Castro and Laerte Pupo
we all owe thanks for providing us with this venue to
show our flowers and plants.

Happy holidays to all!

  3. Ja die Blüten der epiphytischen Kakteen sind wunderbar. Ich mag die kräftigen roten Farben.
Vielleicht werde ich im nächsten Jahr auch an der Blumenrunde teilnehmen.

  8. Thanks for showing your part of the world! Australian flowers are always very beautiful and different from ours. Even some of your spiders are different. Thanks for visiting. No, the ducks were not meant for dinner. I thought it interesting to see if they were really brave enough to come inside.

  13. Beautiful petals on your flower.

As for snow, right now I'd like to be in your sunny warm climate as here there is a foot of snow and frigid temperatures.

May you have a wonderful Christmas with friends and family, and a healthy and prosperous New Year.

  26. What a wonderful Christmas gift is the red flowering cactus. I don't know how it happened we have the same blog name but I know mine is in Caps so that could be the problem. If you like I will see if I can change my name. Thank you for your comments on my blog. Seeing I am a newbie it has been encouraging that someone sees the flowers I put there! Have a good Christmas and seeing we live in the same state hopefully the weather will not be too hot.
