TODAY'S FLOWERS - Tulips

Hallo friends all, it's been a long time since I posted.

Fate took a hand and stuck a spoke in my wheel and followed it
up with letting down my tyres as well.

Not only was my internet down until a few days ago but I also
found that severe pain was not conducive to posting anything
filled with sweetness and light.

Here are a few tulips I planted this winter, that added a little cheer
through this rather tough time.

A few more on the other side of the carport

and a pot full that looked rather splendid.

I have just one more clump to surprise me with their colour.

I sincerely hope you have all been well in my absence and will
endeavour to visit as many as I can in the coming weeks while
I am still getting over this and that.

  1. Tulips are the quintessential spring flower!! And so beautiful!
I love the flowers in the next post, too!! I think my favourite shot is the weeping cherries at the door of the house!!

  2. Your colorful tulips are such a spring delight. Sure hope your tires are full of air and you'll soon be rolling down the blogger's road.

I've met many delightful Aussies here in the last few weeks. All making me want to come visit even more.

    Take care sweet lady.

  13. They are simply beautiful and a testament to a lot of hard work. I so hope that your health improves. I understand all too well that pain does not leave a person in the 'nicest' frame of mind. Pyscho b-ch from hell is a more accurate description of me in those bad, bad times.
